Getting started

Okay, so I've caved and joined the world of blogging--finally. I've been resisting this for a long time, but as a frustrated writer who doesn't get to actually produce a column for the newspapers I serve as editor, well, this is the next best thing. I'll try to post a message weekly, but it might be more frequently, or in all likelihood less frequently. Guess we'll see. Anyway, if you've found your way to this site, thank you. And enjoy.
